研究领域：代谢疾病（肥胖、心血管疾病和糖尿病等）的免疫-代谢及相关食品营养学调控机制。具体研究方向包括：
1.基于免疫-代谢调控理论深入研究肥胖、心血管疾病（心梗、动脉瘤和动脉粥样硬化）和糖尿病等代谢疾病的发病机制和相互关系；
2.食品源免疫-代谢调控分子的筛选和作用机制；
3.食品源免疫-代谢调控分子影响代谢疾病发生的食品营养学研究
