个人工作简介

郑磊,博士/研究员,博士生导师,现任集团公司校长,黄山学者特聘教授、食品安全中青年创新群体带头人。本科及硕士、博士均毕业于中国科学技术大学,郭沫若奖获得者。现为校学位委员会委员、校学术委员会委员兼生化材料学部主任、安徽省色谱分析学会理事长、安徽省农业生态与质量安全产业技术体系副首席专家、中国细胞生物学会生物节律专业委员会委员、国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)特殊医学用途配方食品/特殊膳食食品抽检监测牵头工作专家委员会委员,《科技导报》、《食品科学》、《食品工业科技》等核心期刊编委,省部级重点实验室学术委员会委员。

主要从事食品安全分析检测、肠道营养健康研究,以及物质科学与生命科学交叉领域的研究工作,主持国家重点研发计划食品安全重点专项项目粮油食品供应链危害物识别与防控技术研究等项目十余项,以第一完成人获省部级科技奖励一等奖1项、三等奖1项,参与制修订国家标准6项,发表高质量论文100余篇。指导的研究生获安徽省互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛金奖和全国研究生智慧城市技术与创意设计大赛优胜奖。
